Deer Hill Ranch summer camp registration is taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please indicate a second choice session in case your first choice is full:

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payment must be received at time of registration. You will not be charged until a space is confirmed for your child.

CANCELLATION POLICY Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you must cancel or change your reservation, you will receive a full refund for cancellations with at least 4 weeks notice (less a $25 administrative fee), half refund with at least 2 weeks notice and no refund within 2 weeks of registered camp start date. If Deer Hill Ranch must cancel a session due to low enrollment, you will be given the option to transfer to another week or receive a full refund.
